1¡¢Normally you need your credit card number or
deposit for reservation. The reservation is guaranteed
by the prepaid 50% of the room fare.
2¡¢ We will reconfirm with you to make sure your
reservation information correct. After reconfirmation,
we will keep your reservation and make preparation.
3¡¢ During the midseason of travelling, you need
to provide your flight or train number to ensure
your reservation.

1¡¢ Our reconfirmation letter includes your name,
hotel name, room type, room fare, check in rooms,
check in peoples and breakfast. Please read it
carefully after you reply our letter.
2¡¢ If the room fare publicized on the Internet
is changed after you reserve, we will send you
a e-mail to inform the exact fare.
Check in:
1¡¢ The reservation is valid until 18:00.
It will be cancelled if you are late. If you have
to check in after 18:00, please show us your flight
or train number to ensure the reservation.
2¡¢ When you check in, please show us your passport
or ID card and tell us you got a reservation.
After checking your name and arriving time, we
will provide room key. During midseason of travelling,
you have to pay the first night room fare as the
deposit. If you want to extend your stay, please
contact us in time. We will help you handle the
extending stay and ensure you get a discount.
