Checkout
The checkout time of our hotel is 12 am. Checkout after 6pm will be charged as another full day fare. Checkout before 6pm will be charged half-day fare. Please contact the receptionist in advance.

Voltage
The average voltage is 220 volt. If you need change over plug, please contact the room service department. There are two plugs in your room, one is 110 volt and the other is 220 volt.

Safe
We offer individual safe in your wardrobe for keeping your treasure. We are not responsible for any loss in your safe. If the safe is out of work, please contact our manager on duty. We also provide depositary at the cashier for free use.

Fire alarm guide

Keep calm when you encounter fire alarm and go to the nearest escape according to the broadcasting. Please follow steps hereinafter:

Keep your key card with you.
Read the escape map for the nearest exit.
Please check the outdoor temperature before you open it.
Find the nearest exit and go straight to the hall by stairs.
Don’t take elevator.
Creep press close to ground if there is smoky around.
If you fail to get to the exit, please go back to your room and connect with the telephone exchange immediately.
