2.Q：Can you accept our different room ordering?

A：yes, we can. Please give us your request by e-mail, telephone or fax. We will try our best to fulfill your request and give you a favorable charge.

3.Q：Do we need credit card assurance, deposit or prepay?

A：Generally we don't need credit card assurance. You can pay directly to the hotel. Sometimes we need your reconfirmation. But in midseason, we will need your credit card assurance or deposit with your flight number to check your reservation.

4.Q：For what reason you will cancel reservation?

A：After we send the mail, you didn't give reconfirmation in due time. We will cancel the reservation. If you have any change in journey, please inform us two days ahead of your check in.

A：It is 68 kilometers from Guilin and it takes you an hour and ten minutes by car. It is 96 kilometers from the airport and it takes you an hour and a half by car.

7.Q：How far is from Merryland to Xin'an railway station?

A：it is 3 kilometers from Xin'an railway station and it takes 5 minutes by car.

8.Q：What is size of Merryland?

A：The whole area is 3690000 square meters.

9.Q：What are other facilities except hotel？

A：We have forest holiday village, theme park and golf club except hotel.

10.Q：Does the water clean in the hotel?

A：Yes, it is absolutely clean. We have two sources of water, one is from Ling Canal, the  other is from Guilin. These two sources must go through our filter bed, then go into our cistern. And it should be boiled before drinking. We offer electric water heater in the guest room and we take out the water sample for testing to insure the water quality.

11.Q：How is weather like in Guilin?

A；In spring from March to May, it is rainy and foggy and the weather is changeable. In summer from June to August, it is torridity and rainy but not very hot. In autumn from September to November, it is cool and clear. In winter from December to February, it is cold and rainy, windy frequently.

12.Q：What is particular except the duplex?

A：Our hotel also offers 16 Duplex houses for the new married. The loft is set for living room and the first floor is set for sitting room. We have 8 decorated as oriental style and 8 decorated as western style. The living room of oriental style has a king-size bed and wood floor. The sitting room has wood Gui Fei lounge only for two with a little teapoy. There are two footstools for resting. The living room of western style has big round bed. There is a comfortable sofa only for two in the sitting room. Both rooms have a fan-shaped tube especially for new married.The charge is between two suites and three suites.

13.Q：Why you don't put drinks and food in fridge at the popular floor?

A：You can buy your favorite drinks and food at the first floor. It is very convenient and it will save your time when check out.

14.Q：What will you do, if tourist don't like shopping himself?

A：t matter. We offer 24 hours room service, but the charge will be a little higher than supermarket.

15.Q：How many suites do you have? Why you offer suites?

A：We have 54 suites, 15 two suites and 8 three suites. Considering there are company group and family group lodging, suites will be more convenient for their moving about. Therefore, we can make a little change on suites when guests have special request.

16.Q：What is the height of the baluster in the balcony? Is it safe for children?

A：The height of the baluster is 110 cm and the breadth of the baluster is 12 cm. It is safe for children.

17.Q：Is the lock of the room safe?

AYes, it is absolutely safe. We use IC card system and record each opening and closing of the door. The record will show the time and the holder on the computer system. IC card is also an identity of your lodging proof. It can be used as a temporary credit card in the hotel.

18.Q：Where is VIP room and what is the function?

A：The VIP rooms are in the center of sixth floor, which provide free tea and snacks, reading, resting, chatting and happy hour for guests living at fifth and sixth floor.

19.Q：Where does tourist put his valuables?

A：We offer individual safe in your wardrobe for keeping your treasure. We are not responsible for any loss in your safe. If the safe is out of work, please contact our manager on duty. We also provide depositary at the cashier for free us

20.Q：Where is the room for handicapped? Do you have other facilities for handicapped?

A：We not only offer special guest rooms for handicapped but also provide handicapped toilet at the first floor near cafe. And we offer special pass at the entrance and the elevator can take the handicapped to each floor. If they want to go to entertainment center or swimming pool, we provide free electric motion vehicle.

21.Q：How many restaurants, bars and meeting rooms do you have?

A：we have three restaurant, Chinese restaurant, barbecue and cafe. We have two bars, hall bar and pond bar. We have 9 meeting rooms.

22.Q：Do you have any health facilities?

A：Health Center offers you sauna, spa, massage, back rubbing and foot massage. You can rest in the hall and take some food and drinks. There is gym with lots of equipment and two outdoor swimming pool, dancing room and spa, etc.

A：we offer change rooms and sauna rooms for man and woman and 16 massage rooms. The outdoor warm swimming pool is the only one in Guilin with water power massage. We have big and comfortable rest room for you  and a health bar for drinking, In the near future, we will supply 10 VIP spa rooms with sauna, massage and rest room for VIP only.

24.Q：How is your swimming pool?

A：The outdoor swimming pool has a typical Hawaii style. It is divided into children pool and adult pool. The children's sliding board over the pool makes the kids overjoyed. As to adults, they can hold a volleyball match in the pool. If you want to take a rest, you can just sit at the pond bar and drink a Merryland cocktail.

A：we have supermarkets, snack store, wedding shop，special local product shop，gift shop，jade article shop and Merryland souvenir shop。

26.Q：When you can finish laundry delivered before 12am? How long is the quickest laundry service take?

A：we will deliver before 18：00pm。 Wet and dry cleaning will be finished in 4 hours。Quick iron will be finished in 2 hours。

A：The speakers is not only used for playing background music but also for broadcasting when emergency。

28.Q：Why you install telephone in the elevator?

A：It is very convenient for guests when waiting at the lobby。And if you forget your key， you can use it to call the attendant。

29.Q：What is the decoration style in our hall?

A：s hall is made of woods, which decorated with the style of Guangxi minority. The whole ceiling is made up of six woody shelves with typical ancient architecture and delicate craft. A Tong's bell tower and a copper drum is put at the center of the hall. The entrance of the hall is decorated with tong's typical ground brick.
